NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding Senior Technical Program Manager to join the NVIDIA SoC System Software team. You will manage, implement, and complete projects for products based on system-on-chip technology. You will collaborate across engineering, product, hardware, and safety teams to deliver robust, safe, secure, and high-performance system software for industries including automotive, embedded, robotics, and medical.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of program implementation for automotive, embedded, and other SoC-based products owned by the system software team.
- Work closely with engineering, hardware, product, and testing teams across functions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Define and drive software release cycles, including hardware integration, test, validation, and documentation.
- Coordinate program features, bug fixes, compliance requirements, and documentation to ensure successful product integration.
- Represent the system software team and collaborate with BU program managers to streamline incoming requirements.
- Manage risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality in fast-paced development cycles.
- Communicate program status and key issues regularly to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of program management experience in complex system software projects.
- Strong technical expertise in embedded operating systems and GPU/SoC architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Jama, and scripting/tools such as Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing configuration/change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Proven track record delivering programs to customers under aggressive timelines.
- Forward-thinking and strategic problem solver, adept at handling risks and addressing issues efficiently.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Background with ASPICE or ISO 26262 assessments for automotive software workflows.
- Experience with Agile software development within GPU/SoC system software teams.
- Experience across silicon software development phases (POR, pre-silicon, bring-up, post-silicon).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range:
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
