Responsibilities
- Apply and advance Quality Engineering practices in line with best practices, principles, and standards.
- Identify and mitigate product risks and interdependencies throughout the product lifecycle within and across product teams.
- Serve as a technical advisor and collaborator for engineering, product, and other business stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable, standards-compliant automation frameworks integrated into DevOps pipelines.
- Drive timely delivery of QA solutions, including planning, estimation, and structured execution.
- Break down complex requirements, define test estimates, and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Accurately log defects, support root cause analysis, and collaborate for timely resolution.
- Participate in retrospectives and agile practices to continuously improve processes.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and stay updated with technology trends.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Java and/or C# development knowledge. Python is a plus.
- Automation testing experience using Playwright and Maestro.
- Experience with API testing automation tools such as Rest Assured and Pytest.
- Familiarity with BDD (Cucumber / SpecFlow).
- Experience using Git.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- Exposure to performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Experience working in agile teams and using agile methodology.
- Ability to design test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD / DevOps pipelines.
- Experience testing APIs, front-end and mobile applications is desirable.
Where you’ll work
You will be part of a QA team driving a shift-left approach within the tech organization. The team contributes at every level of the product delivery process and works with tools for API automation, front-end and mobile testing. The team values continuous learning and mutual challenge to improve engineering quality.

- Gross annual salary between €80.000 and €115.000 including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply.
