Role Overview
The Airbnb Talent Systems Team partners closely with the Employee Experience (EX) team to build and maintain a technology framework supporting the entire employee journey, including tools and applications for benefits management and career-long employee interaction. The team manages self-service tools such as Workday Human Capital Management system and performance management tools, supporting policies like Live & Work Anywhere, payroll, and benefits enrollment to enhance employee experience and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders (Total Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, HR Operations) and IT to transform workforce management technology
- Recommend and implement business solutions with stakeholder collaboration
- Gather and document enhancement requirements, project plans, and initiatives
- Document HR system process flows and requirements, lead RFPs and vendor coordination
- Support and configure Workday HCM as a subject matter expert
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct system and end-to-end testing
- Troubleshoot, audit, and configure Workday to minimize service disruptions
- Deliver creative solutions, including process and people changes beyond just system fixes
- Manage operational HR system tasks and vendor support
- Lead Workday updates and change management for adoption and training
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration and data automation
- Educate HR experts on iterative and agile Workday development methodology
Requirements
- 8+ years in an HRIS Business Systems Analyst role
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM with in-depth knowledge of global compensation setup
- Broad understanding of HR disciplines and system functionalities
- Experience with reporting tools and security configuration
- Proactive, self-directed, excellent multitasker with project management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with HCM and ERP implementation projects
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Skilled in problem-solving, process improvement, and writing business requirement documents
- Knowledge of related areas like compensation, benefits, payroll preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems effectively
Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible. Candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity, with occasional office or offsite attendance.
Benefits
The role offers a base pay in the range of $145,000 to $162,000 USD, eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The salary is dependent on experience, skills, and market factors.
