As part of the Networking Switch Software group you will work on the switch Operating System (NVOS) — a key component for NVIDIA's next-gen networking technology for HPC data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead NVOS development, testing flow, and product lifecycle.
  • Develop NVOS features and support new products using C++ and Python.
  • Lead NVOS integrations with firmware, hardware, and production teams.
  • Support internal and external customers on NVOS-related issues.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with C++ and Python.
  • Background and practical knowledge of networking and switch environments.
  • Proficiency working in a Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for development or developing agents.
  • Proactive, open-minded, quick learner with strong organizational skills.
  • Agile mindset and ability to lead own tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ways to stand out:

  • Proven experience with kernel development.
  • Experience with SONiC.
  • Background in switch and/or networking environments.
  • Experience working directly with customers.

  • Base salary range: 120,000 USD - 189,750 USD (final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions).
