Details

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers, embedding deeply with them to design and deploy GenAI solutions. Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value GenAI applications in their roadmap. Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance, building hands-on prototypes, and advising on best practices for scaling solutions in production. Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption, expansion, and successful outcomes. Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation to scale best practices across customers. Share learnings and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes. Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices to help the Solutions Architecture team scale impact across industries and customer types.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical SME post-sale and embed with customers to design and deploy GenAI solutions.

  • Provide architectural guidance and advise on scaling solutions in production.
  • Build hands-on prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos.
  • Maintain relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation.
  • Share learnings with internal teams to inform product development and operationalize best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computational Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Science Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Must-have experience:

  • Building GenAI prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos for large multinational corporations.
  • Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, GitHub.
  • AI application development: RAG, evals, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and caching.
  • Deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, Azure, containers and Docker, and serverless.
  • Networking basics around bastions and VPCs.
  • Observability tooling: Datadog and Humio.
  • Enterprise security, privacy, and compliance: SOC 2, PII handling, and DLP.

Location / remote:

  • Based in San Francisco, CA. Telecommuting permitted from within the U.S.

Compensation

  • Salary: $175,000 - $240,000 per year.
  • Offers equity; total compensation may include performance-related bonuses and other components.
