  • Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Events Marketing, and SDR teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and deliver agent-based solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Design templates and governance models enabling teams to build, trigger, and measure AI solutions independently.
  • Build and maintain secure, documented systems with robust PII controls, compliance protocols, and permission frameworks.
  • Establish company-wide standards for AI prompt engineering, version control, testing, observability, and business impact measurement.
  • Provide internal training, best practices, and scalable documentation frameworks for AI tools to support organizational adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of engineering or systems development experience, with 2+ years focused on AI-first development.
  • Proven experience building 0β†’1 AI products and strategic technology implementations with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/Node.js and Python; experienced with Git-based development workflows and strategic architecture planning.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks and services (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and integrating them into workflows.
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Practical experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Workato) for business workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating with marketing platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce; building lead enrichment, routing, scoring, and governance workflows.
  • Background working with analytics, segmentation, and personalization platforms.
  • Experience designing automation roadmaps, agent hierarchies, and reusable infrastructure; ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-ROI AI automation projects.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Awareness and experience implementing PII controls, compliance protocols, and governance for production AI systems.

Bonus

  • Strategic systems thinker who integrates technical rigor with practical business outcomes.
  • Proven technical leader who mentors and enables teams without assuming support burden.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building frameworks for repeatability and efficiency.
  • Curiosity and ongoing learning in the AI development ecosystem.
