Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure impact and guide iterations, using causal methods when randomized trials aren’t available.
- Design and build metrics and dimensions for monitoring product and business performance.
- Develop sophisticated reporting and analytical tools empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships ensuring clarity and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing data science experience, preferably in lifecycle marketing and growth levers such as SEO, mobile marketing, offers, and promotions.
- Experience in marketing analytics or data science within marketplace or ecommerce companies.
- Expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, growth-minded with a track record of driving projects from ideation to impact.
- Ability to independently manage fast-paced and complex workflows and priorities.
Benefits
- Base pay range $176,000 to $220,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
- Remote eligible within the United States, with occasional in-office or offsite work.
