Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure impact and guide iterations, using causal methods when randomized trials aren’t available.
  • Design and build metrics and dimensions for monitoring product and business performance.
  • Develop sophisticated reporting and analytical tools empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships ensuring clarity and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing data science experience, preferably in lifecycle marketing and growth levers such as SEO, mobile marketing, offers, and promotions.
  • Experience in marketing analytics or data science within marketplace or ecommerce companies.
  • Expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, growth-minded with a track record of driving projects from ideation to impact.
  • Ability to independently manage fast-paced and complex workflows and priorities.

Benefits

  • Base pay range $176,000 to $220,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
