Responsibilities
- Gather business and system requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, entity diagrams, and necessary visual artifacts.
- Contribute to product backlog refinement by creating actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Subject Matter Experts to communicate and clarify requirements and ensure their fulfillment.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and the project team regarding system functionality, issues, and execution.
- Perform system analysis, including technical feasibility assessments, interface analysis, and "as-is" analysis.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of analytical work experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation; ability to apply various techniques, gather information from multiple sources, and prepare deliverables.
- Ability to identify dependencies and impacts of system enhancements; experience in conducting research and providing recommendations for potential solutions.
- Knowledge of business process modeling, prototyping, and UML notation.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira.
- Understanding of relational databases and APIs.
- Solid presentation and consulting skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through requirements and implementation.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the Cyber Security domain.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS Foundation in Business Analysis, CCBA, CBAP, or similar).
Salary
- Gross salary: 2800 - 5000 EUR per month (gross), equivalent to 33,600 - 60,000 EUR per year (gross).
