Responsibilities

  • Gather business and system requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, entity diagrams, and necessary visual artifacts.
  • Contribute to product backlog refinement by creating actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Subject Matter Experts to communicate and clarify requirements and ensure their fulfillment.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and the project team regarding system functionality, issues, and execution.
  • Perform system analysis, including technical feasibility assessments, interface analysis, and "as-is" analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of analytical work experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation; ability to apply various techniques, gather information from multiple sources, and prepare deliverables.
  • Ability to identify dependencies and impacts of system enhancements; experience in conducting research and providing recommendations for potential solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling, prototyping, and UML notation.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira.
  • Understanding of relational databases and APIs.
  • Solid presentation and consulting skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through requirements and implementation.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in the Cyber Security domain.
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS Foundation in Business Analysis, CCBA, CBAP, or similar).

Salary

  • Gross salary: 2800 - 5000 EUR per month (gross), equivalent to 33,600 - 60,000 EUR per year (gross).
