Within Global KYC, Business Analysts for Transaction Monitoring contribute to global standardization in KYC at ING, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, Fraud, Sanctions, and global implementation across 40+ countries affecting 40M+ customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Central Product Owner managing product vision, roadmap, backlog, and stakeholders.
  • Manage BusDevOps squad to deliver product roadmap in multidisciplinary environment with IT solution understanding.
  • Lead a squad of 7-9 members working on products based on FCRM technology.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and squads in GKYC Delivery Tribe for excellent product delivery.
  • Support execution of Tribe Goals and resolve product development impediments.
  • Create stories and features for squad.
  • Monitor squad quality and performance.
  • Ensure alignment with other squads under the Central Product Owner and Tribe.
  • Own the ‘what’ ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met, including security, resilience, performance, contractual, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent end-consumer ensuring user experience and compliance are recognized by squad.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 3-10 years work experience depending on seniority.
  • Minimum 5 years total industry experience.
  • Preferably 3+ years domain experience in Transaction Monitoring in banking or insurance.
  • FCRM knowledge or other transaction monitoring applications experience.
  • Knowledge in rule-based TM systems like Nice Actimize, SAS, Oracle FCC, LexisNexis, Riskshield is a plus.
  • Agile environment experience and strong analytical skills.
  • Affinity for working with IT and solution-build teams.
  • Change management and initiative driving experience.
  • Strong communication, networking, influencing skills.
  • Resilience and ability to navigate complexity.
  • Ability to work successfully across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
  • Plus points for experience in multidisciplinary complex deliveries related to AML/Transaction Monitoring or Compliance.
