The Desktop Applications department is a collaborative team of passionate and talented engineers focused on developing cutting-edge secure networking and cybersecurity solutions for businesses. You will work on Windows development across services, IPC, networking, GUI, APIs and drivers, collaborating with designers, QA and Product Owner, and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain Windows applications and services.
  • Work on Windows-specific areas: Services, IPC, networking, GUI, APIs and drivers.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex Windows-specific issues using Windows debugging tools.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA and Product Owner to extend and improve product functionality.
  • Mentor other engineers and share expertise within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Windows application development using .NET/C#.
  • Deep familiarity with the Windows API, including multithreading, inter-process communication (IPC) and memory management.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience using Windows debugging tools.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and using Git.
  • Profound English language skills.

Bonus (nice to have)

  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and networking concepts.
  • Experience or knowledge of VPN technologies (OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPSec).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and commitment to writing secure code.

Salary & Employment

  • 3200-5600 EUR gross / month (employment contract)
  • Equivalent yearly range: 38,400 - 67,200 EUR gross/year
