Workday Senior Integrations Engineer, HR Applications

This position focuses on architecting and building integrations for Reddit's HR Tech stack within the Enterprise Applications & Engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle development of integrations and automations for HR tech, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Workday product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integrations.
• Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, APIs, RaaS, Core Connectors, and custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Monitor and resolve integration errors within critical timelines and SLAs.
• Manage Jira projects and backlog in partnership with stakeholders.
• Write clear technical requirements and guide stakeholders on specifications.
• Follow change management and document work.
• Advise stakeholders on technical HR systems capabilities during projects and RFPs.
• Stay current on Workday functional and technical changes.
• Rapidly learn new technologies and creatively solve problems for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in full lifecycle Workday integrations including Workday Studio, Connectors, RaaS within HCM, Benefits, Payroll, ATS, and internal IT systems.
• Strong functional and security knowledge of Workday to assess requirements and troubleshoot.
• Experience managing integration security permissions, custom reports, advanced calculated fields.
• Prefer experience developing custom Workday Extend applications.
• Demonstrated end-to-end development leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with agile methodology, sprints, and change management.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience at a public company and/or SOX processes.
• Workday Integration Certification preferred.
