Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, passion, and trust. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. Our Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a Business Lead to collaborate with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team in New York City. This role will partner with the Sr. Director to drive sales rigor, operational excellence, and sales strategy for the overall LCS business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business
  • Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders
  • Track data and maintain reporting processes spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
  • Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs
  • Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles with a demonstrable history of driving significant business impact
  • Good understanding of digital advertising and media; previous industry experience preferred
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency; ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and influence across multiple business units (sales, finance, product, marketing)
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in sales systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, BigQuery)
  • SQL proficiency is mandatory
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects and context-switch effectively
  • High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguous environments

Pay Transparency & Additional Info

  • Location: New York City, NY
  • Base salary range (U.S.-based): $180,200 - $252,300 USD
  • Role may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on position offered, may be eligible to receive a commission
