NVIDIA is looking for a world-class engineer to join its Compiler Build & DevOps team. The position would be part of a team that implements and maintains sophisticated tools, that improve development workflows and overall productivity.

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with compiler development and verification engineers across the globe on tasks related to:

Improving automated build pipelines and processes for compiler system software for NVIDIA processors.
Developing DevOps tools and workflows, using Nvidia proprietary and other innovative technologies to help build better CI/CD workflows.
Crafting efficiency and usability improvements across Nvidia proprietary products to streamline various release workflows across Nvidia.
Being in the critical path supporting thousands of developers, and intimately understanding the values of predictability, automation, and reliability.
Proposing enhancements based on safety, compliance and other requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years' work experience in software development or DevOps organization
Proficiency in Docker, Jenkins (Groovy), GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, Ansible, and Kubernetes
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git)
Have experience using GNU Make, CMake, Bazel, or other build tools
Programming skills: Python, Perl, or Bash
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Experience writing and maintaining complex software build systems
Ability to self-manage, lead technically, and communicate optimally
