Details
NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to join its Applications Engineering team. The role focuses on enabling next-generation embedded products and system solutions by collaborating with hardware design teams, leading partner enablement activities, optimizing system performance, and supporting customer integration from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production deployment.
The position supports embedded solutions for artificial intelligence, deep learning, advanced computing, automotive, and robotics applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with major Tier-1 and key OEM customers and internal teams to develop future embedded architectures and roadmaps.
- Work with hardware design, firmware, software, sensor validation, and AI algorithm teams to integrate NVIDIA embedded solutions into customer products.
- Define system-level requirements and specifications for embedded architectures using NVIDIA SoC solutions.
- Maintain design documentation, test plans, and customer enablement materials.
- Evaluate and improve system performance, power efficiency, and thermomechanical integration.
- Provide focused feedback to internal teams to support future product improvements.
- Lead a Partner Enablement team focused on product quality, reliability, system optimization, and integration.
- Collaborate with multifunctional NVIDIA teams to develop highly optimized, high-performing customer solutions.
Requirements
- Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering, with experience ranging from board design to the integration of large-scale automotive and robotic systems.
- At least 3 years of overall professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field.
- Proven track record of leading a team and working with multidisciplinary groups, including hardware, firmware, software, validation, project management, sensors, and AI algorithm developers.
- In-depth knowledge of AI hardware products and applications.
- Exceptional internal and external communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
- Passion for complex technical and process-level problem-solving, including understanding broader implications and trade-offs.
