NVIDIA is seeking a creative and highly motivated Enterprise AV Design and Collaboration Engineer to design world-class conference rooms and event spaces that enable teams to work efficiently. In this on-site role, you will engineer seamless collaboration experiences and manage the critical logistics supporting NVIDIA's global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of sophisticated Microsoft Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • Drive the end-to-end logistics of AV infrastructure, including managing purchase orders and vendor relationships, and coordinating the ordering, configuration, and shipping of equipment to global sites.
  • Work closely with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings through final commissioning.
  • Provide Tier 3 operational support, resolving complex hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
  • Design and support the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, complex dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing and Operator Connect with high availability.
  • Drive API-led automation using Webex and Microsoft Graph.
  • Develop custom macros and UI extensions, integrate AV with smart-building systems, and apply observability-first and user-experience-driven approaches to deliver seamless, scalable collaboration experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise audio-visual engineering, design, and support.
  • Deep technical expertise configuring and troubleshooting AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming with Q-SYS and Biamp, and control systems such as Crestron and Extron.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, and multicast, and their application to AV traffic such as Dante, AES67, and NVX.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 144,000–230,000 per year. Base salary is determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
