Details

NVIDIA is seeking several interns to join the Learning and Perception research team for internships focused on embodied and agentic AI, including perception, agentic reasoning, multimodal and continual learning, and AI research. The team conducts research with real-world impact and has a history of publishing internship results at leading computer vision and machine learning venues. Interns will work with experienced mentors on projects matched to their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and implement novel embodied and agentic AI methods.
  • Collaborate with mentors and a broader team of researchers to develop ideas from initial hypotheses through rigorous experimentation.
  • Partner with product and engineering groups to transfer research breakthroughs into real-world applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas using state-of-the-art hardware and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of AI theory and practice, particularly computer vision, large language models, and AI agents.
  • Excellent programming skills in a rapid prototyping environment such as Python or C++.
  • Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Promising research track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of parallel programming, such as CUDA.
