Responsibilities

Take full ownership of feedback sources for product quality issues.
Develop a roadmap for detection and prevention improvements.
Prioritize issues for resolution.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Identify blockers and manage dependencies and resources.
Monitor and continuously improve detection performance.
Report results and status to upper management and other stakeholders.
Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Embrace transparency and communication.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or Product Manager.
Proven experience working with development teams.
Proven experience identifying deliverable dependencies, roadblocks, and challenges.
Strong technical understanding of how software is built, deployed, and maintained.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Leadership, risk management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
