Responsibilities

  • Guide the fundamental software design, architecture, and implementation of cost and power modeling of datacenter-scale accelerated computing platforms.
  • Evangelize modern software architecture design patterns and tools, including AI-driven solutions, to accelerate development, enhance performance, and improve code quality across the team.
  • Implement industry-leading software and DevOps best practices tailored for rapidly growing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Make hands-on and significant contributions to a business-critical codebase, directly impacting the future of high-performance computing and AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (MS preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in systems architecture and modeling, especially performance, power, or cost modeling of distributed systems.
  • Exceptional programming skills in Python and proven contributions to scaled Python-based software projects.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with success contributing to projects within multi-discipline teams.

Ways to stand out / Nice to have

  • Experience with accelerated server architecture design and deployment, especially up to hyperscale.
  • Background in parallel computing, server architecture, or datacenter design.
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization, especially pandas and associated technologies.
  • Demonstrated excitement and curiosity about the future of accelerated computing and AI.
  • A passion for technology and building high-impact systems.

Benefits

  • Base salary range:
    • Level 4: 184000 USD - 287500 USD
    • Level 5: 224000 USD - 356500 USD
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).
