Senior Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Applications Planning team. This role partners closely with Business and IT teams to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan Planning platform and its capabilities for enterprise-wide planning and collaboration. The role provides guidance and mentorship to Anaplan Model Builders, addresses business requirements for forecasting and demand-planning models, and leads the deployment of robust and scalable Anaplan models.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, implementable solutions using Anaplan modeling.
• Lead projects to implement new functionality and improve existing Anaplan functionality at NVIDIA.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.
• Work directly with business users to gather comprehensive user stories and design and build new Anaplan models.
• Serve as the in-house Anaplan subject-matter expert and promote adherence to Anaplan model-building and lifecycle-management best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to streamline the automation of inbound and outbound data interfaces to and from the Anaplan Data Hub.
• Apply Anaplan technology solutions to business challenges associated with rapid company growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Business and IT teams to promote, manage, and expand the Anaplan footprint across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject area, or equivalent experience.
• Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 Certification required; Master Anaplanner Certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Chain solutions.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience with Anaplan software developing planning solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders, particularly in Sales and Operations Planning or Supply Chain Demand Planning within the high-tech sector.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan data modeling, master data management, and administration.
• Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under challenging timelines.
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry demand and supply chain planning knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP and AI tools is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $144,000–$230,000 USD per year, determined by location, experience, and compensation for similar positions.
