NVIDIA's IT Business Applications team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on SAP Services Manufacturing to support Operations and Engineering Operations. The role works closely with planning, inventory management, Engineering, Finance, and cross-functional IT teams, with a primary focus on mass production of chips and boards and related execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business users to understand requirements and provide system solutions for sophisticated business problems.
  • Participate in or lead multiple internal projects to implement new functionality and improve existing functionality in production planning, execution, inventory management, and associated functions.
  • Articulate and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP PP and SAP MM processes.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore resources, including multifunctional teams, business systems analysts, development teams, and technical team members, to prioritize, coordinate, architect, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Work with third-party partners, including contract manufacturers.
  • Build training documentation and provide training to end users, team members, and relevant partners as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 or more years of SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 experience focused on the SAP PP and MM modules.
  • Expert-level experience in manufacturing supply chain and end-to-end supply chain processes, primarily reverse logistics and related manufacturing, including RMA, serial numbers, and remanufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA reporting, and other reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with standard SAP PP/MM features and configuration integrated with FI, SD, SRM, and BW systems.
  • Expertise in plan-to-build, inventory management, vendor management, subcontracting, stock transfer orders, batch management, serialization, and master data.
  • Ability to architect solutions in these areas while integrating and working effectively with other teams.
  • Strong exposure to data integration with non-SAP tools and partners through EDI and IDoc.
  • Experience implementing custom solutions across RICEFW.
  • Knowledge of SAP Portals, SAP Ariba, SAP APO, SAP GTS, SAP SRM UI5, and third-party label-printing solutions is desirable.

Preferred Experience

  • Multiple end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
  • S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Experience with analytics and data mining related to operations processes.
  • Exposure to SAP upgrade and infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Semiconductor industry experience and implementation of SAP best practices.

The base salary range is USD 144,000–230,000 for Level 4 and USD 168,000–270,250 for Level 5. The base salary is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
