We're looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager to lead technical programs for NVIDIA's strategic partners, including cloud service providers, hyperscalers, and their OEM/ODM partners. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer engagement and focuses on bringing AI infrastructure to life at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define program schedules, deliverables, and key milestones aligned with customer and partner requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable plans across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through high-priority issues and align globally dispersed teams around shared objectives.
  • Represent NVIDIA to customers by leading program kickoffs, technical deep dives, design reviews, issue and bug tracking, qualification and validation efforts, and lifecycle status updates.
  • Drive program execution from early design through production deployment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer acceptance.
  • Lead post-deployment sustaining support and manage critical customer issues.
  • Monitor factory production schedules, yields, and blockers in partnership with ODMs and contract manufacturers.
  • Communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers, internal partners, and leadership across hardware, software, operations, business, quality, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong technical background in hardware and/or software engineering.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers and their OEM/ODM partners on AI factory build-outs.
  • Proven experience leading complex, global programs from concept through deployment and production.
  • Strong program management, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across global teams and work effectively in multicultural, multinational environments.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running end-to-end hardware and software product development and datacenter deployment.
  • Experience deploying accelerated computing platforms at scale.
  • Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus-building.
  • Expertise managing production schedules, optimizing line yields, and resolving field quality challenges.
  • Adaptability to ambiguity, rapid change, and matrixed team structures.
