Details

NVIDIA's Network Automation & Intelligence Platforms team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop network infrastructure supporting corporate offices, campuses, HPC data centers, contract manufacturing facilities, laboratories, a global PoP-based backbone, and SD-WAN environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of advanced network automation and intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute network infrastructure strategies.
Own platform architecture decisions covering source of truth, CI/CD, orchestration, observability integration, and agent/AI platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Build skills frameworks and enablement programs to scale automation contributions beyond the core team.
Proactively identify and address network issues to maintain high service levels.

Requirements

Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in network engineering or network software.
4+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
Proven expertise in network automation, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.
Good understanding of network protocols and architecture.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully implementing complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience deploying LLM- or agent-based tooling in operations with strong governance.
Background in cybersecurity and network security practices.
Experience with large-scale GPU/AI fabrics, InfiniBand, or high-performance networks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
