Details

As a developer on the Developer Insights team, you will be central to turning the team’s vision into reality. You will work closely with product & engineering managers, and other engineers to:

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship both rapid prototypes and production-ready tools and services.
Build a scalable platform to create, manage, and orchestrate data for the entire organisation.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for the core platform, internal tools, and integrations.
Act as a guide and advocate for the team’s metrics, helping other developers understand and adopt new technologies and best practices.
Stay curious and continuously learn about the rapidly evolving landscape of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems, and then apply that learning to your work.
Experiment with the latest GenAI technologies and methodologies to improve the overall value of the platform in a scalable, maintainable, and reliable manner.

Requirements

8–12 years of professional software development experience.
Advanced experience with TypeScript, (No)SQL, AWS.
Experience with Python, Go, Kubernetes.
Ability to independently and proactively manage multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of data pipeline SRE practices.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including writing high-quality code, the importance of testing, and system design.
Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Pragmatic, product-focused, with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas into concrete technical solutions.
Experience building internal systems, platforms and tools for developer teams.
Deep curiosity, pragmatism, pride in work, and ability to move the needle through execution.
