Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions including recommendation engines, ranking systems, intent detection models.
• Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create transformative AI experiences.
• Shape initiatives from conception to production, driving impactful ML applications.
• Lead and mentor ML, Data, and Product engineers.
• Champion novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations.
• Raise the AI/ML skillset within the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years experience in a Principal or Senior Staff Engineer role managing large-scale software systems.
• Experience designing and developing scalable AI and ML systems and services.
• Strong leadership skills as a coach and mentor to foster engineering maturity.
• Proactive, curious, excellent communication skills, and hands-on builder.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay range from $244,000 to $305,000 USD.
