Glean is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape how its enterprise AI product evolves, scales, and delivers value to customers. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and go-to-market, driving roadmap execution, multi-quarter program delivery, technical excellence, customer empathy, and cross-functional alignment.

Glean is a Work AI platform providing enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and secure infrastructure for governing and customizing AI across organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development programs spanning ideation, design, engineering, and launch.
  • Build and maintain program plans with clear scope, timelines, ownership, and execution visibility.
  • Drive execution excellence for cross-functional initiatives while balancing speed and quality.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to ensure product rollout readiness and customer adoption.
  • Facilitate communication across Product, Design, and Engineering to align priorities and unblock delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, tradeoffs, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Establish execution-health visibility using metrics such as velocity, quality, and adoption impact.
  • Continuously improve how cross-functional programs are planned, tracked, and delivered to increase predictability and accountability.
  • Drive Product roadmap execution by aligning product vision, engineering delivery, and customer outcomes.
  • Structure and manage programs for major product launches, platform enhancements, and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define requirements, success metrics, and launch criteria.
  • Improve execution rigor through program cadences, postmortems, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8–10+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record of driving complex product programs from concept to launch in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Deep technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agents, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into practical product impact.
  • Strong understanding of software product development, including API design, data systems, and product integration patterns.
  • Ability to structure multi-quarter product programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, and build alignment across diverse teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative builder mindset focused on enabling teams to deliver their best work.

Location and Work Policy

  • Hybrid role requiring four days per week in the San Francisco office.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Standard base salary range: $198,000–$235,500 annually.
