Details

SpaceXAI's Network Software and Services for AI (nssAI) team builds software, services, and frameworks that empower Network Development Engineers. The role focuses on automation-first network management for production and ancillary networks, including metric collection, configuration, zero-touch provisioning, monitoring, and auto-remediation. The team supports large GPU supercomputing network fabrics used for AI training and customer inference queries.

Responsibilities

Build software and tools with extensive metrics coverage for large-scale GPU supercomputing network fabrics.
Implement infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Enhance deployment pipelines.
Ensure robust and secure service delivery across production environments.
Develop extensible tools and streamline complex network management processes.
Support reliability and automation across network operations.

Requirements

Deep experience collaborating daily with network engineers.
Extensive knowledge of physical and logical network topologies and network protocols.
Expert knowledge and a proven history of designing scalable and reliable software from the ground up.
Experience building and orchestrating tens of thousands of network devices at high speed.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and create metrics that help prioritize team and individual focus.
Strong communication, prioritization, and hands-on engineering skills.
