Join a team of program managers responsible for driving the successful introduction of NVIDIA's next-generation GPU-based products. The role works closely with leaders in Software, Hardware, Marketing, and Operations to ensure software teams deliver outstanding products and achieve time-to-market goals across multiple functional units and management levels.

The position requires knowledge of driver and firmware development processes and priorities to help keep complex projects on track. The team addresses issues that impede program success through immediate corrections, mid-program analysis, and post-mortem analysis, while improving processes for new product introduction and software productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate system, board, and chip requirements on behalf of software development and QA teams.
  • Drive hardware allocation, infrastructure, budgeting, and priority decisions.
  • Represent the Software organization at go-to-market meetings for the GPU segment.
  • Build and present clear project plan overviews.
  • Learn the software stack to understand software team requirements.
  • Collaborate across Software, Hardware, Marketing, Operations, and other functional organizations.
  • Identify process improvements that increase new product introduction and software productivity.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle, specifically for device drivers and applications.
  • Experience with chip bring-up.
  • Thorough knowledge of software engineering and software lifecycle principles.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Experience with productivity tools and process automation is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis using Excel or Tableau is a plus.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, graphics principles, AI data centers, and standards is a plus.
  • Experience using AI to improve productivity and solve problems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification or training is a plus.
