Details

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. The ML Foundations and GenAI team incubates new machine learning applications, improves Stripe's machine learning capabilities, and provides infrastructure, tooling, and support for ML teams.

As a senior product leader, you will lead a cross-functional team to define, incubate, and scale new ML and AI applications across Stripe's product suite. You will drive the strategy and roadmap for ML and AI infrastructure powering Stripe's teams, work with product leaders across business units to develop an AI-centric product strategy, and advance the core AI technology stack to support agents and agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Stripe-wide strategy for new ML and AI applications across the product suite.
Evaluate and align on investment areas for ML and AI applications in collaboration with product leaders across the company.
Work with cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap and launch successful ML and AI applications.
Communicate clearly with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
Develop and execute a strategy for advancing Stripe's ML and AI infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements

7+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products powered by machine learning.
Solid understanding of machine learning and applied AI technology stacks.
Demonstrated ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders to execute transformation.
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
Deep understanding of and empathy for consumer and business users.
Relentless focus on product quality.
Ability to work on both first-party and third-party products.
Passion for AI.
