Staff Technical Program Manager

Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Ads TPM team within the Technical Program Management Office (Tech PMO), supporting the Ads Product & Engineering organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams, owning and driving technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space and partnering with engineering leaders across the company to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical programs across multiple engineering teams in Ads Monetization.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, partnering with engineering leaders and product partners.
• Deliver programs to completion with measurable business impact.
• Dive into technical and program details to guide planning and decision-making.
• Create and improve repeatable processes to reduce organizational toil and scale execution.
• Mentor and informally lead others, helping teams develop organizational and project skills.
• Identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and understand impacts and risks.
• Bring order to ambiguous programs and leave teams in stronger operational shape.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in engineering and program management roles.
• At least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, curious, creative, and pragmatic; iterative approach to processes and systems.
• Technical depth and judgment; experience with analytical problem solving for large-scale systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, and improve operational processes.

Pay Transparency and Benefits

• Base salary range (U.S.-based): $194,600 - $272,400 USD per year.
• Eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units; depending on position, may be eligible to receive a commission.
