ING Hubs Poland is hiring a proactive and skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join its growing team. The role involves supporting and developing Workday integrations in an international environment and is part of the Global HR team, which delivers services to more than 50,000 colleagues worldwide using modern tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Workday integration issues and monitoring as part of AMS activities.
  • Assist in designing and developing new integration systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.
  • Help maintain a stable and well-controlled systems environment.
  • Support inbound and outbound integration issues and make changes to existing integrations.
  • Perform routine support and regression testing of interfaces.
  • Participate in integration monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio.
  • Basic understanding of payroll integrations, including PECI and PICOF.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality.
  • Experience with incident management and integration monitoring.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Integration certification as a Service Partner or Customer.
  • HR functional knowledge.
