Details
NVIDIA is recruiting an Applied Research Intern to join the Nemotron post-training team. The team works on next-generation Nemotron post-training and open-source software such as NeMo-RL. The role focuses on designing large deep learning systems for natural language processing and optimizing AI algorithms for new and expanding applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype new algorithms and models for AI model post-training.
- Contribute to open-source projects such as NeMo-RL and to the next version of Nemotron models.
- Publish internship project results.
Requirements
- Pursuing a master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Master's students with a strong publication record will also be considered.
- Excellent Python programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning for natural language processing.
- Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of experiments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Contributions to open-source projects. Applicants should include links to their open-source contributions.
