Details

The LPU Software Team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead software initiatives across the LPU SDK. You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define program plans, align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution. You will identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure teams deliver high-quality software on schedule that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities

Build and implement execution plans to meet business needs.
Build relationships and work closely with partners across NVIDIA.
Own all aspects of technical program management, including planning, forecasting, documentation, scheduling, effective meetings, prioritization, dependency management, reporting, and escalations.
Build and own metrics for measuring program efficiency, and collect and analyze data to support planning and data-driven decisions.
Report overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Work with multifunctional, matrixed teams to address sophisticated, complex, competing, and often conflicting customer requirements.
Moderate technical discussions and guide teams toward successful conclusions.
Serve as a liaison between developers and customers, connecting people with and without technical backgrounds.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a related field.
Proven program management expertise and proficiency in technical and management practices.
At least 3 years of program management experience, including experience managing enterprise software products.
Demonstrated ability to engage and moderate successful interactions with engineering partners and customers.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and conflict leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems.
Experience in AI training environments and managing resource availability.
Strong multitasking abilities, thoroughness, and rapid context switching skills.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, project planning, and task-tracking tools.
Excellent organizational skills and experience using project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Aha!, and Confluence.
Familiarity with distributed version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Links to open-source projects built with the help of AI.
Prior experience in software development, release, and support.
Demonstrated history of shipping SDKs and CLIs.
Background in computer science, machine learning, deep learning, open-source software, and GPU technology.
