Vendor and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site according to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness.
- Provide regional feedback to AV Engineering on failures, missing capabilities, and standards.
- Communicate status, risks, and resolutions to non-technical stakeholders in clear language.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support.
- Experience owning a standing AV estate and being accountable for room performance over time.
- Working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, cameras, and streaming, with the ability to diagnose problems.
- Ability to work independently as the sole AV person in a building and prioritize maintenance, support, and events.
- Experience creating checklists, intake processes, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Ability to work directly with executives, event producers, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
