Details

NVIDIA is seeking an Early Access Partner Enablement Engineer to work with large cloud service providers and their server development partners. The role focuses on building and deploying large-scale AI platforms, high-performance computing systems, and NVIDIA reference AI supercomputer datacenter designs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy NVIDIA reference AI supercomputer datacenter designs at ODM partners.
  • Collaborate with internal server AI product design teams on next-generation projects and product roadmaps.
  • Understand cloud service provider datacenter environments, including power and cooling infrastructure, and provide guidance for supporting future NVIDIA designs.
  • Work with internal teams and industry partners to address cloud service provider infrastructure needs.
  • Support cloud service provider modification and integration questions from design through datacenter standup.
  • Develop enablement plans, documentation, and processes to help ODMs rapidly design and manufacture products based on NVIDIA designs.
  • Provide technical guidance to ODMs on current and future technologies and assess their technical and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Resolve real-time issues encountered by ODMs during design and manufacturing.
  • Provide status updates, communicate issues internally, and recommend solutions and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in server development or program management for server development in datacenter environments.
  • Understanding of AI server tray and rack architecture, assembly, testing, debugging, and datacenter integration.
  • Strong knowledge of server high-speed signaling, electrical, power, thermal, and mechanical trade-offs.
  • In-depth understanding of datacenter industry partners, cloud service providers, OEMs, ODMs, and component vendors.
  • Familiarity with Linux, command-line shells, programming, and scripting.
  • Experience developing or using diagnostic test software for servers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including collaboration with architects and datacenter deployment teams to align product requirements.
  • Experience driving programs and projects across multifunctional teams and companies.
  • Experience debugging and resolving complex system issues.

The base salary range is USD 168,000–264,500. Applications will be accepted at least until January 27, 2026.
