Details

The Delivery Lead is assigned selectively to strategic customer programs involving multiple materially interdependent delivery workstreams across areas such as AI infrastructure, AI distribution, workforce intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity, and Frontier. The role owns the program-level delivery contract, including the integrated critical path, shared dependencies, launch gates, resource conflicts, and time-bound escalation. Account Directors retain ownership of account strategy, executive relationships, commercial outcomes, and use-case prioritization, while technical delivery owners remain responsible for solution design and execution within their workstreams.

This is a senior delivery leadership role focused on making program-level tradeoffs, resolving cross-workstream ambiguity, and protecting the integrated critical path. Success is measured by blocker resolution time, schedule predictability, integrated launch readiness, and clean handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-workstream delivery contract for designated multi-workstream programs, including the integrated critical path, shared dependencies, program-level commitments, decision owners, and launch gates.
  • Set the integrated critical path and program milestones while leaving solution design and workstream execution to the relevant technical delivery owners.
  • Secure named decision owners and time-bound resolution for cross-workstream blockers.
  • Drive cross-workstream sequencing and capacity tradeoffs within the agreed scope.
  • Run a program-level decision and dependency cadence that consumes, rather than duplicates, account and individual workstream cadences.
  • Resolve cross-workstream resource conflicts with functional leaders.
  • Translate customer priorities and outcomes into program-level acceptance criteria and provide delivery evidence to the account team.
  • Define and enforce integrated launch and handoff gates, including calling a readiness hold when criteria are not met.
  • Provide leadership with a forward-looking view of program health, material risks, required decisions, and the integrated path to production and scale.
  • Exercise delegated authority to require decisions, set program milestones, re-sequence dependent work, and call readiness holds.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex enterprise customer programs, transformation initiatives, or large-scale technology deployments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand AI/ML systems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, security dependencies, and deployment-readiness risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business outcomes into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity and a track record of identifying risk early, separating signal from noise, and driving clear decisions.
  • Ability to exercise delegated program-level authority across teams outside the reporting line.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with executives, technical teams, customer operators, and functional partners.
  • Strong operational discipline and experience building scalable cadences, artifacts, and mechanisms that improve execution.
  • Commercial and customer-value orientation, with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable outcomes and account health.

Benefits

  • Equity and performance-related bonuses for eligible employees.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts.
  • Pre-tax accounts for health, dependent care, and commuter expenses.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave.
  • Paid time off, paid company holidays, office closures, and paid sick or safe time.
  • Mental health and wellness support.
  • Employer-paid basic life and disability coverage.
  • Annual learning and development stipend.
  • Daily office meals and eligible meal delivery credits.
  • Relocation support for eligible employees.
  • Additional taxable fringe benefits may include charitable donation matching and wellness stipends.
