Details

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, supporting data and model training through production deployment. The company operates globally, with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel.

This role is part of the Design team and embedded with Developer Relations. It focuses on building Nebius's brand among AI engineers, agent builders, ML engineers, inference teams, DevOps professionals, platform teams, and developers moving into AI. The role is remote within the United States and requires occasional travel to San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve the visual language for developer-facing materials across dev.nebius.com, the AI Builder Program, social media, events, swag, and the developer community.
  • Design for meetups, hackathons, conferences, event environments, and developer-focused swag.
  • Design web pages, developer program materials, campaign visuals, and social content for technical audiences.
  • Turn dense technical content—including benchmarks, GPU specifications, pricing, and architecture diagrams—into clear and engaging visual materials.
  • Create AI templates and guidelines that enable the Developer Relations team to produce on-brand materials efficiently.
  • Collaborate openly with Developer Relations and content teams through rapid concept development, iteration, and delivery.

Requirements

  • A portfolio featuring developer-respected marketing work, such as launch pages, developer program sites, campaigns, event visuals, and technical content.
  • Understanding of technical audiences, including AI researchers, ML engineers, DevOps professionals, inference and platform teams, and developers moving into AI.
  • Experience studying and developing brands that resonate with technical audiences.
  • Experience designing for physical spaces and events, including booths, signage, environments, printed materials, and swag.
  • Knowledge of print technologies, materials, and production constraints, with the ability to take designs from concept through fabrication.
  • A system-first mindset and the ability to create scalable visual languages rather than isolated one-off designs.
  • Current knowledge of AI tools and the ability to critically evaluate their results from a design expert's perspective.
  • Strong layout, composition, and information design skills, including typography, grids, visual hierarchy, and presenting dense technical material clearly.
  • Ability to articulate and defend design decisions, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Enthusiasm for defining the visual identity of an AI cloud brand.

Additional Qualifications

  • Basic motion and video skills, including animation for social media and work with launch video assets.
  • Experience in a developer community, Developer Relations program, or open-source ecosystem.
  • Writing and editing instincts for developer-facing copy.

Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $150,000–$187,500 USD.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement of up to $85 per month for mobile and internet expenses.
  • Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
  • Career growth and learning opportunities.
  • Flexibility and ownership.
  • Collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects.
  • International environment and talented teams.
