As Director, IT, you will lead the development and implementation of robust end-to-end solutions that support business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment focused on strong execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate cross-functional business and IT teams to build and deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate functional architecture and maintain the design integrity of business applications to ensure they meet complex global requirements.
• Collaborate with business owners and IT teams to develop new business models, processes, and products.
• Manage the integration of supply chain network partners to support seamless and efficient operations.
• Drive the successful implementation of IT strategies aligned with NVIDIA's vision and goals.
• Ensure systems and processes are equipped to compete in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and implementing IT strategies in a complex, global business environment.
• Strong understanding of business process architecture and build integrity.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in the technology or gaming industry.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 268,000 to USD 408,250, determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
