Reddit is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product management for its Finance SaaS portfolio, including systems supporting treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity. This is a player-coach role managing a team of SaaS product managers while directly owning a portfolio of applications. The role partners closely with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, owning product strategy, priorities, outcomes, vendor relationships, and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Portfolio Ownership

  • Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Reddit's Finance SaaS portfolio across P2P, R2R, QTC, payroll and equity, treasury, investments, and EPM.
  • Lead Finance and AI Transformation by moving finance teams from manual processes to AI-enabled workflows.
  • Identify AI use cases including close automation, anomaly detection, reconciliations, approval copilots, and intelligent workflows.
  • Translate finance priorities such as close acceleration, scalability, public-company rigor, and M&A into a sequenced roadmap.
  • Lead build-versus-buy and vendor selection decisions alongside the Enterprise Architect.
  • Define and enforce operating processes for intake, prioritization, release management, change management, and adoption measurement.
  • Drive prioritization using measurable outcomes such as close-cycle reduction, automation rates, SOX compliance effectiveness, and productivity improvements.
  • Establish a transparent demand pipeline and decision framework for finance capabilities.
  • Assess finance processes for manual workflows, process gaps, control weaknesses, data quality issues, and opportunities for AI-powered improvements.
  • Launch features and system capabilities that improve user efficiency and business value.
  • Drive transformation across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.

Strategic Orchestration and Influence

  • Advise senior Finance and Technology leaders on roadmap trade-offs involving speed, risk, and long-term impact.
  • Secure alignment across Finance, Technology, and business partners.
  • Resolve bottlenecks and manage dependencies between internal teams and external integration partners.
  • Lead diligence programs evaluating system performance, workflows, and adoption metrics.

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage SaaS product managers responsible for Finance domains including P2P and R2R, QTC, and Payroll and Equity.
  • Set direction and priorities, coach product managers, conduct regular growth-focused one-on-ones, and serve as an escalation point.
  • Define the team's coverage model, identify capability gaps, and grow the function as Finance scales.

Hands-On Product Ownership

  • Directly own a set of applications, including their roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage intake, prioritize enhancements, manage releases, and partner with Finance and Engineering on delivery.
  • Remain close to execution in order to coach the team and make effective product trade-offs.

Vendor and Demand Management

  • Own Finance SaaS vendor relationships, including renewals, SLAs, roadmap influence, escalations, and spend rationalization.
  • Manage demand intake, effort sizing, and work sequencing.
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership on tooling spend, contract timing, and consolidation.
  • Track total cost of ownership and license utilization.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the primary product liaison for Finance leadership.
  • Partner with FP&A, Technical Accounting, Revenue, Treasury, Payroll, and Finance Operations.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering on integrations, data quality, and technical delivery.
  • Support M&A activities including systems due diligence, gap analysis, integration sequencing, and adoption planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business or finance systems, or finance transformation.
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains, such as ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
  • Experience building and operating product intake models, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, release management, and change management processes.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including selection, renewals, SLAs, and influencing vendor roadmaps.
  • Experience developing product manager or systems-analyst talent.
  • Ability to operate at both executive strategy and platform-configuration levels.
  • Excellent communication skills across executive, business, product, and engineering audiences.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, data quality, and compliance impacts.
  • Experience defining close-transformation roadmaps, reconciliation strategies, reporting-readiness plans, and UAT strategies.
  • Proven success scaling products and owning business outcomes in complex, high-growth environments.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience at a high-growth public technology company.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Workday, Salesforce, or comparable Finance technology environments.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and transformation initiatives spanning quote-to-cash or procure-to-pay workflows.
  • Experience supporting M&A diligence, integration, and cutover workstreams.
  • Exposure to SOX compliance considerations in finance systems.
  • Experience partnering with Corporate Engineering or shared-services organizations.
