Details

Reddit is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy industrial-level machine learning models for ad ranking, bidding, and optimization. The role covers the full machine learning lifecycle, from ideation and research through scalable serving systems and production maintenance. Part-time telecommuting is an option, with hybrid work from Reddit's offices in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for ad ranking, bidding, and optimization.
Own the full machine learning lifecycle, including ideation, research, development, deployment, and production maintenance.
Perform systematic feature engineering to transform raw and diverse data into high-quality features.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business challenges into effective machine learning solutions.
Improve the reliability and stability of machine learning systems through robust monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining pipelines.
Research new algorithms and stay current with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
Contribute to the team's strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Master's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering in any field, or a related quantitative discipline.
Two years of experience in the job offered or in an occupation in a related field.
Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.

Compensation
