Responsibilities

Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis.
Clearly communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders up to the C-suite.
Improve experimentation practices by guiding the design, execution, and in-depth analysis of A/B tests.
Create and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and other self-service tools to help data scientists and cross-functional partners find and interact with data.
Design, evaluate, and measure team-level KPIs to support quarterly goal setting and demonstrate team impact.
Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and share progress throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between data science and other teams.
Mentor junior data scientists and business partners in data science best practices and methods to increase data literacy and improve decision-making.

Requirements

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation; or
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in one of the listed or related quantitative disciplines, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
