  • Experience delivering software that integrates with physical infrastructure, including an understanding of timing, reliability, and failure handling.
  • Ability to evaluate system builds and review production code in Python, Go, or C++.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex systems through collaboration across software, hardware, operations, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data center electrical infrastructure, liquid cooling, building management systems, or supervisory controls.
  • Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or Redfish equipment and telemetry interfaces.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, time-series data systems, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Background in digital twins, simulation, commissioning, or hardware-in-the-loop validation.
  • Experience turning partner-specific integrations into reusable software products and deployment patterns.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 248,000–391,000 per year. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
