Details

ClickHouse is a fast-growing cloud company focused on real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. The Product Manager will own partner integrations and how ClickHouse appears inside platforms that customers already use, including hyperscalers, developer platforms, and strategic partners such as dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma.

This cross-functional, hands-on role works across engineering, partnerships, solutions teams, and external partners to deliver integrations and co-innovation opportunities. The role owns the technical side of the House Mates partner program and drives integrations through certification, listing, and launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse Cloud integrations with strategic partners.
  • Identify complementary innovation opportunities and define, develop, and launch "better together" integrations with strategic partners.
  • Navigate embedded integration trade-offs involving billing and metering, identity and authentication, security, data residency, and cross-company dependencies.
  • Project-manage complex, multi-organization launches, including marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and general availability timelines.
  • Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
  • Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption, and product strategy to executive leadership.
  • Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
  • Write product specifications, run partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to deliver integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms, including hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
  • Understanding of partner integration trade-offs involving billing, authentication, security, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong project management skills and experience owning launches dependent on multiple teams across organizations.
  • Technical ability to understand integrations end to end, from provisioning and authentication to billing and data flow.
  • Ability to hold credible discussions with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
  • Comfort with external-facing work, including partner calls, customer conversations, and public product representation.
  • Hands-on approach, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
  • Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
  • Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience working in remote, multi-time-zone environments.

Benefits

  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment; ClickHouse operates in more than 25 countries.
  • Employer healthcare contributions.
  • Stock options for new team members.
  • Flexible time off in the United States and generous leave entitlement in other countries.
  • USD 500 home office setup allowance for remote employees.
  • Opportunities to participate in company-wide global gatherings.
  • Equal employment opportunities and protection against discrimination and harassment.
