This role owns the technical side of the House Mates partner program and is responsible for getting integrations certified, listed, and launched. It involves close collaboration with engineering, partnerships, solutions teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse Cloud integrations with strategic partners.
  • Identify complementary innovation opportunities and define joint "better together" integrations.
  • Navigate trade-offs involving billing and metering, identity and authentication, security, data residency, and cross-team coordination.
  • Project-manage complex, multi-organization launches, including marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and general availability timelines.
  • Own technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
  • Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption, and product strategy to executive leadership.
  • Represent ClickHouse at partner events and in joint content.
  • Write product specifications, run partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate delivery across organizations.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms, including hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label solutions.
  • Understanding of partner integration trade-offs involving billing, authentication, security, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong project management skills and experience owning launches dependent on multiple teams across different companies.
  • Technical ability to understand integrations end to end, from provisioning and authentication to billing and data flow.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs credibly with engineers.
  • Experience with external-facing work, including partner calls, customer conversations, and public product representation.
  • Hands-on approach, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
  • Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
  • Background at a database or data infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or comparable technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience working in remote, multi-time-zone environments.

Benefits

  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment in a globally distributed company operating in more than 25 countries.
  • Employer healthcare contributions.
  • Company stock options for new team members.
  • Flexible time off in the United States and generous entitlement in other countries.
  • USD 500 home-office setup allowance for remote employees.
  • Opportunities to participate in company-wide global gatherings and offsites.
  • Equal employment opportunities and a commitment to preventing discrimination and harassment.
