Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product design experience, including work on mobile and desktop applications.
  • Experience solving complex product problems with increasing ownership across platforms.
  • Ability to select appropriate prototyping tools, including quick mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, AI-assisted approaches, and prototypes using real data.
  • Strong ownership and communication skills, including constructive handling of disagreement and early consideration of engineering constraints.
  • Excellent attention to visual and interaction details.
  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of WCAG conformance criteria in design is highly valued.
  • Experience in motion design.

Benefits

  • Online and in-person training, access to Coursera and Skillshare, mentorship, and internal career opportunities.
  • Extra vacation days, additional sick leave, special-occasion and parenting leave.
  • Premium private health insurance in Lithuania and Poland.
  • Calm and Headspace subscriptions, resilience and mindfulness training, and mental health events.
  • In-house gyms, Multisport and Urban Sport cards, online workouts, mobility sessions, fitness guidance, and consultations.
  • Company workations and the ability to work from different locations.
  • Gifts for birthdays, work anniversaries, weddings, and new family members.
  • Summer camps for children and flexible working arrangements for parents.
  • Team-building activities and company events.
  • Access to the Vilnius headquarters, including silent rooms, gyms, a game room, a music room, and a coffee bar.
