Details

Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Lead to work at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement. The role translates Work AI platform launches, roadmap initiatives, and complex product capabilities into clear narratives, workflows, and training for customer-facing teams.

The role also contributes to Glean’s AI-first enablement vision by using Glean and AI agents to create role-aware guidance, in-flow practice, readiness signals, and always-on enablement workflows. The successful candidate will use an AI-first, first-principles approach to build new workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM-facing product enablement layer by translating release notes, specifications, and technical documentation into field guidance, including use cases, target personas, proof points, and customer stories.
  • Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program initially focused on Sales, with potential expansion to Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architects, Customer Outcomes, Support, and Partnerships.
  • Cover product launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform-level narratives.
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions on new features, packages, and workflows, emphasizing active practice, demonstrations, and real customer scenarios.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes teams to prepare GTM teams for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases.
  • Develop talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and enablement bundles.
  • Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement programs.
  • Design and operate an AI-first launch-to-enable process that turns release notes, documentation, and support patterns into structured launch briefs, role-based guidance, and in-flow practice using Glean and AI agents.
  • Partner with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces, such as role-aware “what’s new” views, browser-overlay guidance, and agent-driven labs.
  • Collaborate on 30-, 60-, and 90-day enablement MVPs, including an enablement-owned launch hub, role-aware readiness signals, and agent-assisted certifications.
  • Feed field feedback into the AI enablement roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement, sales or revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar roles involving substantial product ownership and field interaction.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical, or AI-focused product concepts into clear narratives, talk tracks, and training that GTM teams use in the field.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or MEDDPICC.
  • Understanding of AI products at a conceptual level, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security, and permissions.
  • Curiosity about how Work AI affects selling and customer workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, deliver, or scale enablement, such as drafting curricula, building interactive labs, providing self-service Q&A, or running agent-assisted certifications.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple launches, stakeholders, content streams, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment with a rapid product release cadence.
  • Systems-thinking mindset and interest in turning one-off training events into durable, AI-powered enablement experiences.

This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in one of Glean’s offices in New York City, Nashville, San Francisco, or Mountain View.
