Details

Lead the development of NordVPN's Browser Extension from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration, helping millions of users improve their online security, privacy, and data control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead NordVPN Browser Extension app development from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Set the product vision and roadmap and turn strategy into deliverables.
  • Own and prioritize the backlog and write clear requirements based on data, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
  • Align engineering, design, research, marketing, and product teams around a shared plan and drive execution.
  • Track user feedback and product data, monitor market and competitor trends, and act on insights.
  • Partner with engineering on feasibility, dependencies, and trade-offs; remove blockers and deliver on time.
  • Drive a user-first, data-driven approach to improve user experience and stability with each release.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for the Browser Extension app and adjust priorities based on results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
  • Strong ability to turn technical context, user data, and research into product decisions.
  • Clear communication with stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Structured and analytical problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions.
  • Strong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced team.
  • Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, analytical tools, and Figma.
  • Strong user empathy and focus on secure, reliable, high-performing desktop products.
