The Graphic Design team is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own visual projects across product and marketing channels and bring the brand to life through motion by creating animated assets for the app and website.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for web, app, social media, blogs, mobile marketing, video, and other channels.
• Turn briefs into strong concepts and pitch original ideas.
• Maintain a consistent, polished Saily brand while helping it evolve.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, product teams, and country managers.
• Ensure designs align with Saily's brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor design trends and bring fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence.
• Own projects from initial sketches through final delivery, including feedback management and meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and inspire other designers by providing feedback and fostering a creative culture.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at a creative agency.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using AI image-generation tools in the creative process.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for well-crafted visuals.
• Ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback.
• Proactive attitude, including the ability to suggest improvements and take initiative.
• Collaborative and considerate approach to teamwork.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Portfolio demonstrating recent branding and campaign visuals, as well as design tool skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Motion design skills, particularly for creating animated app and web assets using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.
• Photo editing and compositing skills.
• Experience with 3D visualization.
• Illustration skills that support visual storytelling.
• Passion for travel.
