• Excitement about OpenAI’s approach to research.

Nice to Have

• Interest in and thoughtful consideration of the impacts of AI technology.
• Experience creating high-performance implementations of deep learning algorithms.

Compensation And Benefits

The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws. In addition to the salary range, total compensation includes equity, performance-related bonuses for eligible employees, and benefits including:
