Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
  • Support and maintain a consistent business rhythm for end users, including provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack.
  • Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend improvements and assist with implementation and expansion of the tech stack, including evaluating new solutions as needed.
  • Support day-to-day vendor coordination for revenue technology stack tools, including procurement support, renewals, and quarterly business reviews in partnership with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy and Legal, Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Data Analytics) to support effective tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting definitions.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations & Strategy to build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance to enable first-tier sales support and self-service in an all-remote environment.
  • Leverage internal AI solutions to automate and streamline processes both internal to the RevTech team and across GTM workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of how systems connect and share data, including integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts.
  • Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows; ideally building agents and artifacts that accelerate productivity.
  • Exposure to supporting workflows, tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement.
  • Ability to identify gaps in workflows, processes, and tooling and turn them into practical improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building or partnering on reporting and dashboards that improve efficiency and productivity for revenue teams.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, IT, Enablement, Strategy, and Legal or Privacy partners.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate proactively.
  • Interest in GitLab and alignment with company values. Exposure to AI or automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or LLM-powered workflows, familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, and data skills such as Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python are helpful but not required.

On the Revenue Tech team at GitLab, we partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and related teams to support our go-to-market motion through our revenue tools. You'll join a fully remote, globally distributed group that collaborates asynchronously and values clear communication, strong ownership, and a great end-user experience.

Compensation (United States)

The base salary range for this role’s listed level for residents of the United States is $95,200 - $160,800 USD. The range reflects the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US and does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
