Details

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. This role supports the finance systems transformation by designing and building integrations connecting the ERP platform with critical financial applications and supporting ERP implementation initiatives. As you master the integration landscape, there are opportunities to expand into Claude-powered AI automation and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting ERP systems with downstream applications including ZipHQ, Brex, Navan, Clearwater, payroll systems, Salesforce, and other financial platforms using Workato, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS solutions
Support integration development and testing during ERP implementation projects
Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows for secure system-to-system communication
Implement real-time and batch integration patterns supporting high-volume financial transactions
Establish monitoring, alerting, and error-handling frameworks to ensure integration reliability and data integrity
Document integration architectures, data flows, API specifications, and troubleshooting procedures
Collaborate with implementation consulting partners and vendors on technical integration requirements

AI Automation & Data Infrastructure (Additional Scope)

Build and deploy Claude-powered AI agents to automate financial operations (intelligent document processing, workflow automation, reconciliations, self-service reporting)
Design agentic workflows leveraging Claude API capabilities integrated with ERP data and processes
Create automated validation and QA processes for AI-generated outputs
Support data pipeline development using Airflow for orchestration and dbt for transformation
Build and maintain data flows from ERP and financial systems into BigQuery for analytics and reporting
Implement data quality checks and testing frameworks for financial data pipelines
Collaborate with Data Infrastructure on pipeline architecture, performance optimization, and security monitoring
Support executive dashboards and financial analytics by ensuring timely, accurate data delivery

Requirements

8+ years of experience in integration development, data engineering, or systems engineering roles
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration tools
Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for custom integrations, APIs, and automation scripts
Experience with data pipeline tools including Airflow and dbt
Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
Understanding of REST API design patterns, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and modern integration architectures
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials, or similar) and financial business processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration issues across multiple systems
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred / Strong Candidates May Also Have

Experience at high-growth technology companies or AI/ML companies
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials (Workday Studio, EIB, custom reports, Prism Analytics)
Technical expertise with modern finance tech stack (Stripe, Salesforce, Zuora RevPro, Zip Procurement, Clearwater, Pigment, Numeric)
Experience with AI/LLM integration for financial operations and agentic workflows (familiarity with Claude models and API a plus)
Professional certifications for Workato, Workday integrations, or relevant technical credentials
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
